What is the standard shipping time for skateboards and apparel?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international orders may take 10-14 business days depending on customs.
Do your skateboard decks come with grip tape included?
Standard deck purchases do not include grip tape unless specified in a bundle or complete build. We offer a variety of grip tape options that can be added to your cart separately.
What is your return policy for high-performance sports equipment?
We accept returns on unused, un-skated items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that once a deck has been assembled or gripped, it is no longer eligible for return.
How do I track my order once it has shipped?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
